A Drinking Club with a Running Problem
Howdy kiddies,
Yup, it’s that time of year again…..another fun filled day searching out fun little “trinkets” in the woods around Taughannock State Park. As has been the theme for many a year….you are all invited to join myself and a cute harrierette for a Hash Extravaganza. :o)
Trail will start at the Falls Overlook at Taughannock State Park at 3:00 PM HST. Directions at http://tinyurl.com/d2cv22 (Questions on location of the overlook parking area…ask me)
1) Head North on rt 89 out of Ithaca
2) Go through the park and take first LEFT as you start up the hill. (If you get the cabins…you went too far)
3) Stay to the LEFT at the “Y” and go up the hill.
4) Can’t miss the parking lot. (But…if you get to a stop sign on Jacksonville Rd…you went too far)
You might want to bring a basket for your goodies. Trail will be less than 3 miles and could be attended by youngsters….so long as their parents don’t mind explaining chocolate body parts in Beastor Eggs. :o)
The on-after will be at Chez Floss where we will consume trail goodies and party on in to the evening. Extra BEER and FOOD welcome.
