ReHash #301

ReHash 8/7/99

Although the directions to Saturday’s hash in Shindagin Hollow were a bit baffling, the Hashers did manage to start on time (well, 3:30ish anyway). Hares Jushad and Testicle Ice Rider set a super trail that was delightfully confusing, yet suspiciously absent of explosives!

Visiting hashers included MicroPrick from the Carolinas and Noaz from Narobi. The honor of being named BLAB passed between many hands including those of Phil McCrackin, Capt. Weenie, and MicroPrick. There seemed to have been a power struggle for BLAB as Capt. Weenie attempted to run Phil McCrackin off the road. Phil used defensive driving techniques learned from many lonely Friday nights watching the Dukes of Hazzard. Snuggle Bunny, Weenie Ryder, and Bubbles were Bobbits but redeemed themselves handsomely by bringing along Sausa Tequila and Makers Mark Bourbon, respectively (thanks guys!) which were promptly drained along with the keg. Butt Floss donated a turkey for the occasion (graci!)

Wet n Rowdy Bush did a down down for failing to show any sort of prowess at badmitton. Tom drank for not accusing anyone of anything. He also drank just for being from Windsor along with Jushad, Eric, Kirk (Jushad’s brothers), and Scott.

Bo did a down down for passing out at the Grass Roots Festival. Trojan drank for excessive athleticism at a Hash event. Skywacker received the coveted Horse’s Ass Award from Tequila Bill for appearing to lick a captured toad in order to catch a buzz from the amphibian’s emollients (both Skywacker and toad are doing fine).

Tequila Bill did a sloppy sophmoric side-side for his birthday. And also gulped beer whenever presented with gifts designed to ward off the aging process. These presents included: tums, prepH, fleet enema pills (not suppositories, however), ky jelly, and arthritis cream. Thanks to Skywacker for bringing the gifts, and thanks for the Guiness!

Normally, the tom-foolery would have ended there. But then the band showed up. Ruby, Phil, et.al., served up a helping of hardcore electrophonic musical mayhem! Everyone enjoyed the sizzling debut– even the police (who showed up during the final notes)! Special thanks to Jushad for putting everything together!!!

See you in a couple of weeks at Ithaca’s 300th Finger Lake’n Good Hash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On-on!
