Well, Ball Wrinkle and Beaver Bam Bam Balls indeed did set trail yesterday afternoon. And, after a bit of mis-information by the hares prior to starting out, the hounds did find and follow it to the end. It started out warm yesterday, and ended up freezing by the end of the hash.

Local hasher Ghana Rhea was the first in and was awarded a joint FRB Dona-Down along with Country C*ck for leading most of the way. Next came Bad Girl and her frequently visiting dog walker, Roto Rooter from Binghampton. (Speaking of Binghampton, don’t forget the Christmas Hash down there this comming Saturday) Next came Country C*ck and Inspector Speculum, followed by Half Monty and Low Beams from Flour City.

The hares drank for a sh*t trail. Half Monty and Bad Girl drank for having dogs on trail. Low Beams, BBB Balls, and Roto Roother drank for being visitors. Country C*ck drank for making his wife go grocery shopping while he went hashing. (Not all bad, but she forgot the beer!) Inspector drank for being appointed to the position of Hare Raiser. Little Oral Annie and Butt Floss drank for showing up just in time to see the hares come back from setting trail, and to go buy more beer.

After freezing our tucouses off, we adjourned to Castaways for a few warmer brews. These extra party favors were provided by everyone chipping in a few extra dollars. Hash Cash for the day was just $7.00 after paying for beer and munchies on trail. ($27.00 to start with) Not much to work with as you can see. A motion was made to take the hash cash back up to $4 or $5 so that we can begin to rebuild monies in order to allow CC, our Mug Meister, the opportunity to get mugs for those deserving them. I happen to agree with this. Especially in light of Phil McCrackin’s latest coffer reports. But, this has to be a unanimous vote….or at least as close as possible to a Florida vote, before we change the anti once again. So, what say ye all to increasing the hash cash?

PS: Don’t forget, this Thursday in the Christmas Riddle Hash in Syracuse. Definitely an annual event not to be missed. Rumor has it that there are a number of us going, so we can car pool.

Also, don’t forget to travel down to Binghampton this Saturday to hash in their Christmas Hash.
